- db.rs にて load_extension_enable() を追加し、拡張機能のロード権限を付与
- sqlx のコネクションオプションを用いて、SeaORM のプール全体で vec0 拡張がロードされるように修正
- db.rs をリファクタリングし、構造を整理（Max Nesting 3以下に改善）
- 孤立していた llama-server プロセスをクリーンアップ
- プロジェクト名を TelosDB に更新
- ベクトル検索の整合性テスト vector_test.rs を追加
- README.md および各種ドキュメントを現状に合わせて更新
