- document/: 断片化した11個のドキュメントを6つの正式仕様書(01-06)へ統合・刷新。
- .gitignore: ビルド成果物、一時ログ、テストDB等を網羅的に除外するように強化。
- cleanup: ルートおよびsrc/backend内の不要な一時ファイル、ログ、アーカイブを削除。
- merge: デタッチドHEAD状態の成果をマスターに統合準備。

- db.rs にて load_extension_enable() を追加し、拡張機能のロード権限を付与
- sqlx のコネクションオプションを用いて、SeaORM のプール全体で vec0 拡張がロードされるように修正
- db.rs をリファクタリングし、構造を整理（Max Nesting 3以下に改善）
- 孤立していた llama-server プロセスをクリーンアップ
- プロジェクト名を TelosDB に更新
